Clarifai at AWS re:Invent

Dr. Matthew Zeiler, founder and CEO of Clarifai, is a machine learning Ph.D. and thought leader pioneering the field of applied artificial intelligence (AI). Matt’s groundbreaking research in computer vision alongside renowned machine learning experts Geoff Hinton and Yann LeCun has propelled the image recognition industry from theory to real-world application. Since starting Clarifai in 2013, Matt has evolved his award-winning research into developer-friendly products that allow enterprises to integrate AI quickly and seamlessly into their workflows and customer experiences.

Doug Shapiro is VP of GTM and Operations at Clarifai. Clarifai has everything enterprises need to build, test and deploy production AI. Previously Doug advised CFOs on technology costs at Gartner, government agencies at Booz Allen Hamilton, and was a Research Analyst in the African Department at the International Monetary Fund. Doug holds an MBA from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University.

For over 20 years, Alfredo has worked in various technology companies with a focus on product-led enterprise growth. At Clarifai, he's responsible for Product, Marketing, Research, and Engineering. Prior to Clarifai, he was the General Manager of Vistaprint's digital business. During his career, Alfredo has worked in various leadership roles at Webs, Web.com, and Network Solutions. He holds an MBA from the University of Pennsylvania Wharton School, a MLA in Information Systems from Harvard University Extension School and a Hon.BSc in Computer Science from the University of Toronto.
